Handgun Reloading
May 2, 2008
I was really hoping to keep up on this blog more than I have been. Anyway, I’ve been spending my time trying to get an interview for a part-time job and practicing defensive pistol tactics at home
One of the best things a human can do is learn how to properly, effectively, and, most importantly, safely handle a firearm.
Since there is always room for improvement, I am constantly looking for something to work on (not that it’s hard for me to find something). Recently, I’ve been concerned with my speed reloading technique. I always seem to do something to screw it up. Anyway, while looking around the web for some tips, I found NUKE1.net. He has a few videos that may be useful to somebody. While there may be more professional training videos out there, I found this one helpful. He has the exact rig I use, except I have the Springfield Armory XD chambered in .40 S&W rather than .45 ACP.
I’ve been practicing this technique, and I’m already way faster and much more consistent.
